| Introduction |
| The purity of nitrogen generated by nitrogen generator is typical from 95% to 99.99%. If higher purity is required, a non-hydrogen or hydrogen-using purifying system can be equipped following the Nitrogen Generator to further remove oxygen and other by-products and to get a final purity of 99.9995% or above. Angstrom Advanced Inc supplies both of non-hydrogen deoxidizing purifying system and hydrogen deoxidizing purifying system. |
