Hydrogen Generator by Water Electrolysis

Hydrogen and oxygen come separately into H2 separator and O2 separator, where they are cooled by cooling water and separated from the mixture of gas-lye by gravity. After that H2 gas come into the H2 washer for lye drop to be removed which is contained in gas by DM water, at the same time the gas is cooled by coil-piped cooler which is erected in the washer. Finally, the hydrogen through the demister which locates at the top of washer to eliminate the water drop, then flows into the hydrogen drying unit via pneumatic valve for further purification. Oxygen processing will be expelled to atmosphere.

H2 capacity: 2-500 Nm3/h
O2 capacity: 1-250 Nm3/h
H2 purity %: ≥99.9
O2 purity %: ≥99.5

Hydrogen Generator by Pressure Swing Adsorption

Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA) is used to separate hydrogen gas from other gases by feeding the gas under certain pressure. This separation process occurs in adsorption tower. The main advantages behind this technology is its low cost, low capacity, minimal maintenance requirements and a user-friendly interface.

Gas Treatment: 10-5000NM3/H
Adsorption Pressure: 0.2MPA-4.0MPA%
H2 Purity: 98-99.999%

Hydrogen Generator by Methanol

Hydrogen generation by methanol decomposition was developed in the last two decades. This technology features low cost, simple user friendly operation and very easy maintenance. Methanol is converted to CO and H2 with the action of the catalyst; CO and H2O are converted to CO2 and H2 with the action of the catalyst. CO2 and trace CO are separated from the decomposed gases by PSA technology, and high purity H2 is generated

Hydrogen output: 50~1000m3/h
Pressure: 0.8-2.0 MPa
Purity: 99.9%-99.999%

Hydrogen Generator by Ammonia Decomposition with Purifying System

Hydrogen Generator by Ammonia Decomposition with Purifying System is very low cost; it has long service life, simple operation, compact structure, small coverage, and is very simple to install. Liquid ammonia is used as source for hydrogen generator. The liquid ammonia is vaporized and is heated by decomposition with catalyst into mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. Based on the principle that the molecular sieve adsorbs different ammonia and water at different temperatures; high purity gas is produced by heat regenerating through working at normal temperature.

Hydrogen Production: 5-500NM3/H
Impurity Oxygen: ≤2ppm
Working Pressure: 0.05-0.2Mpa
Residual Ammonia:≤3ppm

Hydrogen Generator Purifying System

The H2 Purifying System removes oxygen from Hydrogen via a catalyst to get high purity H2 after adsorption of drying through the dust filter. The system can remove oxygen levels down to 1ppm. Through one step of purification, the purity can reach to 99.999~99.9999% and dew point can be lower than -70°C; Through a second purification step, O2 can be lowered down to less than 0.1ppm and dew point can be lowered to -90°C.

Gas Treatment: 1-3000NM3/H
Pressure: ≤0.8Mpa
Dew Point: ≤-60°C
Oxygen Content Of Purified H2:≤1ppm
