Management Analyst

Angstrom Advanced Inc. is seeking Qualified Management Analyst

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Apply theories and principles from international management program to resolve transnational operation and management issues encountered in the assigned projects, including both domestic and international.
  • Assist management to formulate regulations and procedures to optimize different areas such as production, research, human resources, customer relationship, logistics, supply chain, future planning, blueprint report, and risk assessment report.
  • Interact with Chinese affiliate companies to identify and resolve all bottlenecks of cooperation in our business and management issues between China and US operations.
  • Analyze our operations to interpret business object blueprints and program to take accurate measures.
  • Perform market research, situation analysis, and price comparison for company routine procurement and ascertain market trends.
  • Monitor and maintain project progression, logistics, and supply chain to keep records, update goods, solve supply chain problems, and reduce risk of delays.
  • Collect and integrate information regarding company’s operational data and records to create statistic data, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts.
  • Interact with customers regarding dimensional issues and identifying their concerns through customer feedback analysis.
  • Assist accounting department to create statistic data and periodically financial statements through company’s accounts, transaction records, collation bills and checks.
  • Deliberate professional business documentations, proposals, and recommendations to management for modifications to current procedures for optimal functionality.
  • Research laws, regulations, insurance policies, and engineering standards for both US and China to ensure complete compliance with all regulations.
  • Liaison between management, employees, and contractors to ensure company rules and policies are strictly adhered to and promptly point out any problems and deficiencies to the management.
  • Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • International Management major graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree; NO work experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Think out of the box and not afraid to go extra miles to get jobs done.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Angstrom Advanced Inc. is seeking Qualified Business Intelligence Analyst.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Gather and categorize business intelligence information to determine and anticipate trends and outliners.
  • Analyze and evaluate supply and demand market in the global economy in both the United States and China to determine product continuity.
  • Identify data patterns and trends, forecast market development, and formulate business and marketing strategy.
  • Produce business intelligence documentation and recommendation, perform marketing research, including financial and market analysis in urban settings.
  • Create, maintain, and update business intelligence database.
  • Communicate with city planners, officials, engineers, and business personnel to keep up-to-date on new and emerging trends in renewable energy and urban development.
  • Establish business relationships with existing and potential customers, investors, grants, and funding to expand company's business.
  • Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in City Planning, master degree is preferable; NO work experience required.
  • Capable of using multiple discipline including urban planning, economics, renewable energy and sustainable development, business analysis and etc.
  • Self-motivated, well-rounded, analytical self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, Agile team environment with aggressive deadlines, regular releases and multiple priorities

Support Engineer

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support and resolve all engineering issues using theories and principles from Mechanical Engineering program.
  • Prepare technical response by analyzing customer's equipment inquiries and feedback.
  • Coordinate research and production teams to optimize the manufacturing process and final products.
  • Use engineering tools and engineering software to resolve technical issues in research, development and support.
  • Req: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
